My system ( Acer laptop aspire 5570) windows xp, service pack 2 or 3 i think, is not booting even from safemode either normally. Hi John, If your system come with an operating system licensed and preinstalled, there must be a recovery disc with it, or when you are booting up your system you will find some options, like press such key to recovery Consolel, or so, but this one will delete all your files and will restore to factory settings. This one will work if your system came with a built in recovery facility.
If you doesn’t have a recoveryy kit and your system not came with an recovery console installed in it, you will need to reinstall your operating system, as this problem occurs when you have windows file missing only. So you will need to install it again. Or you can try if you have the same kind of XP CD (Means if you have windows XP professional, use professional only) t repair your windows.
