How to perform a system recovery on Windows XP with no disk?

My computer got buggy: it randomly gives me a fatal error, it is slow, it overheats in seconds and my disk drive is dead. I need to perform a system restore. However, there is a number of obstacles that is preventing me from doing so:
-A few years back I created a restore disk (it’s Packard Bell)
-Later I had to use it due to a corruption in the System Boot files and the constant appearence of the “Blue Screen of death”.
-Fortunatelly all of my personal drive data was saved
-Even more fortunatelly, I discovered that my C: drive expanded by 5 Gig and it sent me into joy.
-Unfortunatelly, as i now learned, these 5 Gig were hidden system recovery data which colapsed into itself for no random reason so I can not perform a system restore without a disk
-As i stated before, my disk drive is dead. Thus I can not perform a system restore from the disk.
-This is hell.
Any suggestions?

after you pressed power on button, when the screen starts up, keep pressing F10 for pc recovery if you don’t have the cd’s.
